Company Project Procedure

As Managing Director, each project is managed by Brian Minshull, who is ultimately responsible for all aspects of that project and liaises directly with the client. As appropriate, he will delegate aspects of each project to associates, while retaining overall control of the project. Final reports are checked and authorised by Brian Minshull and the appropriate experts as required.

BCM Environs has its own in-house quality assurance procedures and is developing these with the aim of obtaining ISO9002 registration in the near future.

Company and Health Safety Policy

BCM Environs has long worked in close association with
health and safety personnel on pipeline construction projects, and as such requires high standards of safety in fieldwork
and elsewhere.
